I did ask if this item was MagSafe compatible prior to purchase and was advised that it was. Upon receipt it was clear that the important MagSafe component was not present as the phone slid off the angled MagSafe charger. This case does permit wireless charging but don't expect MagSafe compatibility, a shame as it is a decent case with good grip.
