I've just bought this case for my new Galaxy S8. For the past two years though, I have been using an OtterBox Strada case with my old Galaxy S6. I could not have been more pleased with it. It seems perfectly designed in every way to give excellent protection to the phone without impeding any of the operations - and not being too cumbersome either. It's way better than any of the cases I have used with previous phones. My first reaction to the S8 case is that I will be equally happy with it.

Finally Found A decent Case

I have used a variety of phone cases for my S8 and after smashing a screen with the first non-wallet type, I went to the wallet variety and have been struggling to find one that goes the distance. This one has been perfect, the magnet is not prone to wearing out like some clip types, the leather is quality and the fit is superb. The buttons work great, and there are no issues with functions of plugs and ports. I wish I had found this sooner!

The case is fantastic however, I have had a couple of issues, firstly after approximately a month of use the finish on the outside of the cover begins to come away like dead skin and looks very ordinary, secondly, I can no longer use my phone holder in my car as the magnet isn't strong enough to penetrate through the cover to the plate stuck inside the case. Even using the largest plate made little difference. The pocket inside is perfect for a credit card or hotel room key. Other than what mentioned the cover performs well.. I give it an "okay"

This cover is of a very good quality. It fits Samsung S8 exceptionally well. The only drawback is that the data adapter is very thick and does not go fully into the designated port on the bottom of the phone as the opening on the cover is not wide enough. So if you choose to use a wire connection for data transfer (instead of a wireless method) you need to take the phone out of the cover.
