It's a great phone, but the phone housing is smooth and shiny, so no friction with my somewhat small hands. This case looks OK, not obvious, but stope me from thinking that the phone is going to slip out of my hand all the time. Also provides a bit of impact protection!
Good basic cover for this phone

Needed a cover quickly to protect my phone as I picked it up on launch day, and this was the only cover of this style available. Saw it as a temporary measure, but quite happy with the cover on a longer-term basis - have dropped the phone accidentally a couple of times, and the case is protecting it well. Ideally the ridge around the rear camera lenses would have been a bit higher to prevent accidental scratches - the lenses sit flat on a table when the phone is laid down - so one star removed. In general though, a decent case for the price.
