The cases I bought 2, have given zero hassle , good quality well made protect my Key2's very well (I tend to drop mine a lot always when answering whilst walking my dog). The only mod I ever make is to put a spectacle lens cleaning cloth in the case so as to cover the screen when the case is closed. No greasy finger marks, clean screen and an old duffer proof bounce.
