Before buying clearer indication of sturdiness of actual mounting would help. Eg in my Volvo S60 looked flimsy in first instance BUT after one journey to date looks potentially better than feared.
Better if you ask opinion when have used it for a month.

Arrived on time, very well packaged. Solid construction, easy to fit to car. Does rattle when phone not in place. but easy to remove and replace whole unit. suitable and varied positions to make screen easy to see. all in all a good product.

I have had many different kinds of phone holders in my car and I like the ones that attach to the vent the best when I found out about them but they didn't last long. The part that attached to the vent broke off. I brought another and the same thing happened. They both cost 10 bucks. So when I saw this one I decided to buy it because of the design and I was hoping for better quality. I was not disappointed. The adjustable brace allows it to sit firmly and provide additional support when the placing or removing the phone from the cradle. The part that attaches to the vent is thicker and much stronger than the others. The little "kickstand" helps support it. My son has a galaxy S10+ with a bulky case and it also holds his phone. I mention that because that because he tried to use the others and his phone did not fit.
i am immensely happy with this product and I feel confident that it will last me for a while.
