I use it to connect my phone (HTC M10 - Android) to TV ( Sony Bravia). It works just fine now, i can duplicate my android screen on tv. Great for videos, fotos; etc...

Bought for use with my HTC10. Showbox is displayed fullscreen on a samsung curved TV. Better than any Micro-USB converter I have used before. I tried it with a OnePlus 4 and it didn't work. One drawback with this adapter is that there is no charging port so you have to make sure your phone has plenty of charge before watching a feature film.
