I got this for my wife to use in the kitchen. She has problems sleeping & is often up through the night, she spends that time in the kitchen on tablet, laptop etc but doesn't like using the big light. This attractive looking lantern is the perfect night-time companion with a comforting amber glow on the low setting, better than the harsh light on the cooker hood. She sometimes bakes then too & finds the bright setting ample.
It hangs perfectly under a kitchen cupboard. A very nice looking, sturdy, light with an attractive amber light & the candle setting is pretty realistic.
I use it myself now if popping to the kitchen through the evening.
