Protection you can trust. Ok it's not on the slim side but all over protection was more important. Don't use clip as too bulky. May take the screen protector off as find it a bit hard to press buttons but not sure if it's because it's new and also I have a tech21 screen protector on

Bought this case for my galaxy S7. Great service and very speedy delivery from mobile fun meant I had it a couple of days after ordering. The case itself is everything I've come to expect from otterbox, sturdy, with good tactile capability for all the buttons. The built in screen protector doesn't limit the touch screen at all and the home key is exposed to allow use of the fingerprint scanner if you use it. The reason I gave only 4 stars is pretty much due to my own personal usability. The defender is very bulky making it pretty difficult to use one handed, even answering calls etc is a bit of a stretch, also being someone who doesn't wear jackets a lot the defender isn't the easiest to fit into a jeans pocket along side a set of keys etc or even just on it's own. While I don't doubt the defender will give a great amount of protection for your phone it just wasn't for me and I've since switched to a spigen rugged armour which is great for me.

Suchh a shame that the design allows dust inside the case and it need cleaning weekly to avoid scratching the screen and back of the phone.
Still, i needed another case as the last was so badly scratched, and i still bought another otterbox defender .

No meaningful response from Otterbox regarding this, they just said to get a Galaxy S8 or S9 as their cases are better for these models. Crap really.

The case has to be disassembled before fitting on the phone. Easy enough to fit. Screen works fine with case fitted. Great not having to buy and fiddle with a stick on screen protector. Seems rugged and well able to protect phone. Wont know for a while if the case saves the phone from drops and knocks, but it give me confidence. Samsung wireless charger works with my case fitted.

Got the case really like the material it was made the only problem was couldnt open it for half hour to put in my phone. Was looking for a atleast a single place where you could see it splits but there wasnt so after watching a few youtube videos i figured it out. All in all Im amazed how perfectly the phone fits and and how tight it seals. It was my first otter box case and definetly not the last.

I bought 2 S7 Edge phones and I wanted the best, so I chose the Otterbox Defender - bad choice. The plastic cover made it very difficult for the touch.
People could not hear us many times when talking to them. This was a problem for BOTH phones with the same type of case. So I took off the cases and everything works fast and we have clear calls. I give it 2 stars because it does protect the phone, but what good does it do if it takes touching the screen very hard to get an app working?

This is my 3rd Otterbox Defender case after first i didnt need to think much what i whill buy for my 2nd or 3rd mobile phone.

Case have nice grip,screen is working like you dont have protector on front on him, mounting is perfect on my Galaxy S7 .

Only what maybe Otterbox can do bather is dust protectors for charging and phones there is a space for improvments becuse silicon cover dont fit nicely like on other 3 sides but that dont mean i whill not give 5 stars for this cover.

Otter stuff is more expensive but definitely worth it in the long run

Excellent fitting , gives complete rubber covering and even has rubber flaps to cover the ports up to stop dust getting in , I'm using mine on building sites, the Otter stuff is more expensive but definitely worth it in the long run
